Safeguarding and Child Protection

Safeguarding is a core priority at ED:SUCCESS. Robust arrangements are in place to promote the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all pupils.

Safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in line with school procedures.

ED:SUCCESS operates a trauma-informed, regulation-first approach that prioritises safety, consistency and dignity.

Curriculum pathways operate on a stage-not-age basis and are aligned to individual needs, EHCP outcomes and long-term educational goals.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

ED:SUCCESS is a specialist provision supporting pupils with SEND, particularly Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

ED:SUCCESS maintains appropriate insurance cover to support the safe and lawful operation of the school, including:
