ED:SUCCESS School specialises in supporting pupils with SEND, including social, emotional and mental health needs.

ED:SUCCESS School has a clear complaints procedure for parents and carers.

Complaints should be raised initially with the school. Where concerns are not resolved, complaints may be escalated in line with the Complaints Policy.
